Good Day Everybody!

I had a lecture on professional issues
and practices on Wednesday.

What impressed me was my lecturer’s
personal sharing.

Her story of how she went all out
to achieve her goals and fulfill her
beliefs really touched me.

Simply put…to retain confidentiality…

She went from her home country to
country B, C, D etc. to find an institution
that supports her research objectives.

We did a rough math, and I thought
to myself it is a good 4 -5 years or even
more.

Think about it..She is really putting perseverance
into action. Period.

Her belief and desire is so strong that a “No”
will not make her want to detour and instead to
step back a little and look at the big picture.

Tweak her strategy and continue to
move forth.
